HARDLEY DANGEROUS COUTURE does not share the same return policy as other retailers you may be familiar with. All Sales are Final at my studio as all items are custom handmade to order and created just for you! NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
⚡️Cancellation Policy:
HARDLEY DANGEROUS COUTURE does not offer any type of cancellation policy at my studio. It is the buyers responsibility to read all details before placing their order at my studio. Your item goes into production immediately after completing the checkout process, no exceptions.
⚡️Refused Package/Non Delivery:
HARDLEY DANGEROUS COUTURE does not accept refused packages. If you refuse your package it is the equivalent of giving your items away. My studio is not responsible for post office problems such as non-deliverable address or lost packages.
⚡️European Union Customers: HARDLEY DANGEROUS COUTURE is proudly handmade in the USA! I do not abide by any European regulations or policies and all sales are final at my studio. You the buyer will need pay any additional VAT tax and or any customs fees due at time of delivery. No exceptions.
⚡️Exchange Policy:
HARDLEY DANGEROUS COUTURE has no way to track your exchange. If you purchased an item and would like to exchange it for a different size, style or color, you will need to print out a copy of your original receipt and send it along with your items to be exchanged. Rush Order fees are non refundable/non transferable. All new exchanges require 12 weeks to otherwise complete. Buyer pays all return shipping fees to and from my studio.
